Michael G. Manning is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Spiritual Counselor, and ordained minister whose work lives at the precise intersection of structural inner work and spiritual truth.
Michael's path to this work was not theoretical. It was built — domain by domain, over decades — through the same structural inner work he now teaches. Raised in a family that handed him both the wounds and, paradoxically, the tools to heal them, he began meditating in his early teens and never stopped.
The framework he developed — the Alignment Architecture™ — emerged from a lifetime of honest self-examination: rebuilding identity around money after three significant financial setbacks, restoring integrity after recognizing in himself the same patterns he was struggling with in others, and claiming genuine sovereignty over the patterns that had been running silently beneath every attempt at change.
He became a Certified Professional Coach in 2011 and has since worked with practitioners, entrepreneurs, and seekers who are done with surface-level approaches and ready for the structural work that produces lasting outer change.
